An employee of a mailroom-staffing firm owned by a former New York Jet defensive back is suing her boss for $300,000 because of sexual harrassment. Tania Padro was the only woman working at Cambridge Corporate Services, owned by former Jet and former broadcaster John Dockery, and claims she was forced to deal with men ogling her breasts, bawdy comments and assorted other indelicacies that tend to make women feel uncomfortable. The final straw, however, was when Dockery made a "poetic" request that Padro just couldn't connect to her inner Keats. He instructed her to type an ode to a penis, truly the ode less taken in the history of poetry, leading to her decision to file suit.
This is an awful place to work. You are treated like crap in general. Pay increases? if there are any, its usually .50 cents.. The employees are less than happy, and managers there, couldn't even manage a chicken coop. Too many other places to work, this place Sucks. The owner is a great guy, but pays very little attention to the people who are making him money.
